17) Excuse Generator


Week 2 is done and we're on to the second half of Janathon; however, there's a new working week stretching ahead so you may wish to use my revolutionary, patented, brand-spanking new Excuse Generator:

Distance: 2200 metres (sorry, I run in imperial and swim in metric)
Time: 1 hr session
Cake rating: 3/5 (skill and drills, simulated drowning and some evil 50s)

Cumulative Janathising: 70.2 miles running + 67.6 miles cycling + 1.4 miles swimming
