Let's be honest now, Janathon has been one long training binge; however, this has been far more useful than any training binge I've ever been on before. By doing Janathon, I've learned that I can go training in term time; in fact, I can do so much more than go training in term time. I'm really looking forward to February, not so that I can have a rest from running, but because I'm excited to see what a "normal" week might look like. What I really hope is that it's going to look a whole lot different to what a normal week had become last year.
